3T Siemens Lumina MRI Scanner

3T Siemens Lumina MRI ScannerThe Siemens 3T Lumina MRI scanner can be used to examine almost any part of the body with exceptional image quality, efficiency and speed.

It has a wider (70cm) bore system providing patient friendliness and comfort that is required in research and patient care delivery without compromising image quality.

The IMIV MRI Suite has several coils for brain, orthopaedic and abdominal imaging with associated clinical spaces for further examination.

3D/4D Samsung Ultrasound Imaging System

3D/4D Samsung Ultrasound Imaging SystemThis equipment has the capability of performing enhanced ultrasound imaging of abdominal, musculoskeletal, obstetrics/gynaecology, intra-operative & intra-cavitary applications, quantitative elastography imaging (e.g. liver) and cerebral blood flow examinations as well as imaging of small parts including thyroid, testicles, breast etc.

This facility is close to the MRI scanner and thus very easy to schedule complementary imaging studies. Additionally, IMIV has clinical spaces associated to the ultrasound room for further examination.

Metal Sintering Machine

The ORLAS CREATOR technology is ideal and suitable for cost-effective mass customisation or small batch manufacturing of unique specimens with a constantly high level of quality.

Dental and medical products such as surgical instruments, complex mass and customised implants, crowns, caps, model castings as well as secondary structures can be manufactured with this machine.

Metal Sintering MachineThe F170 equipment is a Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) 3D printer with the ability to produce high quality, complex 3D models & prototype components that can be used for research and development in all areas of engineering and design, including medical applications.
